Who I am
This site is operated by Grain Digital Consultancy. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact me at hello@graindigital.uk.
What I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business details, and your project message. I do not ask for sensitive personal data, and you should not include any in the form.
Why I collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. I rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. I will not use your details for marketing without asking you separately.
How it's processed
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form provider, and delivered to my email inbox. Formspree may process data on servers outside the UK/EU under appropriate safeguards. See Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which they are deleted. Typically this is no longer than 2 years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the data I hold about you, or object to its use. Email me at hello@graindigital.uk and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This site uses cookies to help understand how visitors use it. We only set analytics cookies after you have given your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
